WATTS makes a triplex and dual chamber system w/ Empress tanks, too. The vortech plates halp the water flow across the media so as to prevent channeling. The Hague system does not have enough freeboard in the top chamber to properly backwash or deliver the high service flow rates for homes with 1 1/4″ plumbing or larger.

The watts system does not approximate the quality of this unit. It is an upgrade of the generic tank on the market. The Hague is protected by patents and Watts could not copy it. The directional flow screens make it much more efficient.
The Hague system has a 25 year warranty, the Watts has a warranty you can’t even find on the net!!
The WaterMax can be configured 83 different ways, mine works ever so well — the company tested my water before installing — totally happy.
