drinking pure water vs. putting in powdered flavor?
does it make a difference? there’s no carbs or calories or anything in it. is it the same thing as in drinking pure water?

If there is no added sodium it shouldn’t make an difference.
I have asked myself this many time. I use the flavored packets also. I think it’s pretty much the same if there are no carbs or calories.
I don’t like it, it’s just more unecessary chemicals going into your body, so I just stick with regular water.
